ORIENTATION 2020
Planned a 4-day orientation program for 2000 incoming students while appropriately managing risk during a pandemic.
• Organized the information for all 12 events, which were hosted by 11 different campus offices, into a neat, concise booklet.
• Transitioned all in-person events to virtual in less than 9 hours, in response to university mandates.
• Organized and trained 300 student leaders, who served as small group facilitators during our events.
STAMPEDE GUIDE BOOKLET
I was in charge of creating the booklet with all the information the new student guides would need. I had to synthesize every piece of information about the 12 events spanning four days hosted by 11 different campus offices into a short, concise booklet. I sent countless emails asking for information, setting up meetings, following up with questions, etc. It was stressful, but I’m really proud of the final product.
